His approach: technology that fits the business, rather than off-the-shelf solutions.

His focus is Microsoft 365: from tenant setup and licensing through to Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online.

He also owns the commercial side of projects and hardware procurement: preparing quotes, checking configurations and making sure laptops, servers and peripherals arrive on time and ready to use.

His focus is Microsoft: Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructures: the interplay between on-premises servers and the cloud, where both worlds have to mesh cleanly across identities, permissions, file storage and backup.

He plans large projects as well as small migrations: from the initial analysis through moving mailboxes and data to onboarding the people who use it.

His second focus is e-commerce, from online shops and their connection to ERP and inventory systems through to the processes behind them. Orders, product data and stock levels flow automatically instead of being transferred by hand.

On top of that, building custom solutions: bespoke development in SharePoint, tailored software and interfaces wherever off-the-shelf products do not go far enough.

Specialises in emergency workplaces for banks and financial institutions, fallback workspaces that keep operations running in a crisis and stand up to regulatory scrutiny.

He guides these projects from the initial requirements through alignment with the business units to coordinating the rollout.
