Planning, installation and management, the entire infrastructure from a single source.
Six building blocks that combine modularly. Depending on your company's size, industry and regulatory pressure, we deploy exactly what you need.
Email, Teams, SharePoint and Office from a centrally managed, secure environment.
Servers, networks, cloud, IT security and backup & disaster recovery, the classic systems-integrator foundation.
For banks & financial institutions: three of our own emergency workplace sites, planned to be DORA- and BAIT-compliant.
Legally compliant recording of business communications in partnership with ASC.
Telephony built directly into Microsoft Teams, one system for communication and collaboration.
Procurement, rollout and lifecycle management for laptops, end-user devices and accessories.
One inbox, one team chat, one file store, no more isolated systems.
We don't just set up Microsoft 365. We configure it to match how your teams actually work: permission groups aligned to your team structure, SharePoint libraries without folder chaos, and Teams channels that get used instead of going quiet.
After rollout, we take over license management, security policies (Conditional Access, MFA) and ongoing support. You get one point of contact instead of a Microsoft support ticket disappearing into the void.

The classic systems-integrator foundation: solid, documented, managed.
Not every project starts with Microsoft 365 or a contingency plan. Often it starts more simply: a server that needs replacing, a network reaching its limits, or the question of whether a site should move to the cloud or stay on-premises. That is exactly our core business as a systems integrator: before we talk about Microsoft 365, telephony or contingency planning, we make sure the foundation underneath holds.
Servers & Networks
Planning, deployment and migration of server and network environments: LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VLAN segmentation, virtualization and Active Directory administration. Includes monitoring, so problems get noticed before they turn into outages.
Cloud & Hybrid Solutions
Private cloud, public cloud (including Microsoft Azure) or a combination of both. We choose the operating model based on your requirements for cost, control and compliance, not a standard package.
IT Security
Firewall management, endpoint protection, two-factor authentication and zero-trust approaches. On request, including security audits and support with NIS2 requirements for your company.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Automated, regularly tested data backups with defined recovery targets (RTO/RPO), the technical foundation our Business Continuity Service for regulated institutions is also built on.
Managed IT support instead of firefighting
Rather than only reacting when something breaks, we take over ongoing patch and update management, proactive monitoring and a helpdesk with fast response times, predictable at a fixed monthly rate instead of unpredictable incident invoices.

For you, operational continuity isn't a nice-to-have. It's regulatory law.
Since 17 January 2025, the EU's DORA regulation has required banks and other financial entities to maintain resilient ICT risk management, including business continuity and recovery plans. Nationally, KWG §25a, MaRisk and BAIT have spelled out the same obligation for years. CentricCom operates three of its own sites with fully equipped emergency workplaces for this purpose (Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf) as fallback locations for institutions that need to demonstrate this compliance.
Four frameworks, one obligation: demonstrable operational continuity.
DORA
Digital Operational Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2554). Applicable since 17 January 2025, it obliges financial entities to maintain ICT risk management, business continuity plans, crisis communication and regular resilience testing.

German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz), special organizational duties. Requires proper business organization with adequate risk management, the basis for MaRisk and BAIT.

Minimum Requirements for Risk Management (currently RS 06/2024 BA). Elaborates on KWG §25a: requires contingency plans and continuity management, including for outsourced service providers.

Bank Supervisory Requirements for IT (Bankaufsichtliche Anforderungen an die IT). A dedicated "IT emergency management" chapter: contingency plans, restart plans, recovery targets (RTO/RPO) and testing for critical systems.

Please confirm with your legal department or supervisory advisor whether and to what extent these frameworks apply to your institution. How your contingency plan comes together
Risk analysis
Together with you and your compliance department, we identify critical systems and failure scenarios.
Concept & site selection
Based on your site structure, we select the right site as a geographically separate fallback workplace.
Operations & testing
Regular, documented contingency tests, as evidence for your internal audit function and your supervisory authority.

Every business-relevant conversation, archived in a legally compliant way.
In partnership with ASC, we record phone calls, video calls and chat communications in a tamper-proof, audit-ready manner, wherever regulation requires it (for example the WpHG recording obligations in securities trading) or your own risk management makes it advisable.
Recordings are stored tamper-proof, are searchable in fine detail, and can be exported for internal audit or supervisory authorities, without your team needing to deal with the technology behind it.
Telephony that lives inside Microsoft Teams, not alongside it.
Your employees make calls directly from Teams, using their existing phone number, whether in the office, working from home, or on the go. No second app, no second password, no separate handset to maintain.
We handle number porting, call routing and extension setup, and connect existing call center structures where needed.

From procurement to disposal: one lifecycle, one partner.
We procure laptops, monitors and accessories to match your Microsoft 365 and telephony environment, roll them out pre-configured, and swap out faulty devices during ongoing operations, without your employees having to act as their own IT support.
