Privacy Policy

This is a courtesy English translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

1. Controller

CentricCom AG, Konrad-Adenauer-Allee 1-11, 61118 Bad Vilbel, Germany, sales@centriccom.de

2. Cookie Notice & Google Fonts

This website uses the fonts "Space Grotesk" and "Manrope" from Google Fonts. These are only loaded after you have given explicit consent via the cookie banner: for this purpose we store your choice locally in your browser (localStorage, not a classic cookie, no server-side tracking). If you decline, the site instead displays your device's system font; full functionality is retained either way. When Google Fonts are loaded, your browser contacts Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

3. Contact Form

If you contact us via the contact form, the website opens your local email application with a pre-filled message addressed to sales@centriccom.de. No form data is stored server-side by this website itself; any further processing then takes place as part of our normal email correspondence with you.

4. Remote Support (TeamViewer)

On our support page we provide a download link for TeamViewer QuickSupport. The remote support software and connection itself is provided by the third-party vendor TeamViewer Germany GmbH; their privacy policy applies. A remote support session is only ever started with your explicit consent (by sharing an ID and password with our support staff).

Note: This placeholder page does not replace legal review. It must be replaced with a complete, legally reviewed privacy policy before go-live (including hosting provider, server log files, retention periods, and data subject rights).
